The surgery is needed incase there is a reoccurring ear infection and perforated eardrum that recovered by itself.
We evaluate the patient by examining patient’s ears, eardrum, its position and whether there is a fluid discharge.
Audiogram (hearing test) will be given to a patient. Examining the behind and inside ear along with the ear tomography.

Afterwards: If there is a problem inside bones and if there is a fluid discharge then a surgical operation will be performed under general anaesthesia(behind the ear, no visible incision). Patient will be discharged on the same day or one day later.
If there is no problem in middle ear ossicle (often caused by trauma like ball-hit, slap or fight) then without a surgery we place a part to hole and wait for eardrum to heal itself.
